 Depart Hollis 8:00am ~ Arrive Ketchikan 11:00am
 Depart Ketchikan 3:30pm ~ Arrive Hollis 6:30pm
Departure and arrival times may vary due to weather conditions.


                        ~CHECK-IN TIMES~

Vehicles must be checked in and staged in the 
terminal lanes one hour prior to departure. 
Space may be released to stand-by vehicles 
if you are not checked in and staged one 
hour prior to scheduled sailing time.

Walk on passengers must be checked in 
one-half hour prior to sailing.  Seats will be 
released to stand-by passengers if you 
are not checked in and ready to board, 
one-half hour prior to scheduled sailing time.

VETERAN'S GRANT RENEWED

The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs has renewed the transportation grant to the State of Alaska Department of Military & Veteran Affairs, and the State has advised the Inter-Island Ferry Authority that the IFA has been accepted into the Veteran Federal Transportation Grant 
Program again this year!
 Effective November 1, 2016, the IFA is authorized to 
issue both passenger and vehicle ticketing to qualifying Veterans traveling in conjunction with healthcare needs!
Present your current Alaska Driver License or ID Card with VA endorsement, Armed Forces of the United States ID Card {Retiree}, 
VA Healthcare Card or VA Veteran’s Choice Card to qualify for this 
no-cost program. Click Here to see examples of qualifying ID examples. 
Travel under this Veteran Affairs Transportation Program applies 
to the IFA’s daily service between Hollis and Ketchikan, and also 
between Metlakatla and Ketchikan while AMHS’s 
M/V Lituya is undergoing annual maintenance.
