 Depart Hollis 8:00am ~ Arrive Ketchikan 11:00am
 Depart Ketchikan 3:30pm ~ Arrive Hollis 6:30pm
Departure and arrival times may vary due to weather conditions.



                            CHECK-IN TIMES


Vehicles must be checked in and staged in the 
terminal lanes one hour prior to departure. 
Space may be released to stand-by vehicles 
if you are not checked in and staged one 
hour prior to scheduled sailing time.

Walk on passengers must be checked in 
one-half hour prior to sailing.  Seats will be 
released to stand-by passengers if you 
are not checked in and ready to board, 
one-half hour prior to scheduled sailing time.

2 POSITIONS OPEN

On-Call Relief Deckhand/Nightwatch Position Open

The Inter-Island Ferry Authority is now accepting applications for an 
on-call Relief Deckhand/Nightwatch. Position is strictly on-call 
and based in Hollis, Alaska. Applicant must be available to serve 
as relief for vessel positions of Deckhand (6:30am to 6:30pm) and 
Night Watch Deckhand (6:15pm to 6:15am). Duties include: customer 
service contact for passengers; vessel security; vehicle loading 
and unloading; line handling; emergency response; vessel 
cleaning; other duties as assigned.  
A TWIC card is required within 30 days of hire for this position. 
All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and will
 be subject to random testing throughout employment.

Full-Time Permanent Ketchikan Terminal Agent

The Inter-Island Ferry Authority is accepting applications for Permanent 
Full-time Terminal Agent at the Ketchikan Terminal. Duties include but 
are not limited to customer service, booking reservations, cash/credit 
card handling, daily reporting, assisting with vessel line handling,
 janitorial, security, and other duties as assigned by the IFA Terminal Supervisor. Position offers 30-35 hours per week including weekends,
 fill-in relief shifts, and an excellent benefit package. A TWIC is required 
within 30 days of hire for this position.
